We’re proud to announce two senior promotions!

Thoughts -

We have promoted Drew Grant to creative director from head of creative, and Daniel Byrne to strategy director, from head of marketing. Both have been fundamental to the agency’s growth in recent years, with Drew spearheading our recent re-brand, which was revealed earlier this year.

The promotions follow significant success for us this year and will allow us to expand our offer for our high-profile client roster, which includes the Road Haulage Association, Peel Ports, Nippon Electric Glass and United Utilities.

Agent, which launched in 2006 with three members, has increased its headcount by over 15 per cent in 2022 to 40 team members, spanning various areas of expertise across its four departments: strategy, creative, digital and campaigns.

Byrne said: “I’m looking forward to continuing our growth at Agent and building on the work we have been doing with our clients, making sure there is a golden strategic thread that runs through everything we do.”

Fellow promotee Grant added: “I’m excited about the opportunity to put a real focus on our creative direction as a business. Given the expansion of the team, we’re in a brilliant position to explore even more growth, opening ourselves up to new projects and clients, and really making a difference in everything we do.”

In case you didn’t know, Agent was founded by our CEO and celebrated Liverpool businessman Paul Corcoran. Paul is currently deputy chair of Liverpool City Region LEP, co-chair of the city region’s digital and creative board, deputy chair of Liverpool Everyman and Playhouse and a board member of NWBLT and Net Zero NW. He also received The Guardian’s Sustainable Business Leader of the Year award and Outstanding Contribution to the North Award, 2021.
