Say Hello to our New Head of Strategy

We’re thrilled to share the exciting news that Matty Balnaves has joined Agent as our new head of strategy. Matty comes to us with a wealth of experience, having spent 15 years in leadership roles at Hilti, a multinational software services business for the construction industry.

His leadership skills, coupled with a proven track record in strategic marketing, make him the perfect addition to our team as we embark on a new phase of growth. Matty is not only passionate about strategic marketing but is also deeply involved in creative and sustainability industries. He serves as a co-opted trustee of the Everyman and Playhouse Theatres in Liverpool, is a co-founder of an eco-enterprise in Cambodia, and is a member of the vocL leadership programme.

Agent, with studios in Manchester and Liverpool, has doubled in size over the last 5 years, thanks to new business wins and strengthened client relationships. As we continue this trajectory of growth, Matty joins our expanding senior leadership team to contribute to the development of our substantial strategy offerings.
