Our Fave Five

Thoughts -

At Agent, we think great work deserves to be shouted about and that talented creatives should get their share of recognition for the hard work they put in.

So, we’ve pulled together some of our favourite pieces of work from recent weeks – from billboard campaigns and digital experiences, to rebrands and 3D animations.

Here are our top picks.

1. Nike’s 3D Air Max billboard in Tokyo

Nike is already well-known for its creative marketing campaigns, and this month the brand made a huge impact when it launched its 3D billboard in Tokyo’s Shinjuku area ahead of Air Max Day on 26th March.

Catching the eyes of the world, Nike is the latest company to take advantage of the mind-warping technology of the 3D curved billboard screen at Tokyo’s Shinjuku Station.

The impressive visuals wowed locals, Air Max superfans and social media users across the globe, with an ad that paid tribute to the shoe’s evolution throughout the years, while hinting at a potential new drop…we’ll be keeping our eyes peeled!

2. Swee Kombucha packaging

We’re loving the latest collaboration between Swee Kombucha and Bedow Design revealed in March.

Launching the healthy, fermented beverage company this year, Swee’s new packaging design is built around the tagline “100% natural”, to reflect the brand’s commitment to using local, all-natural ingredients.

The ingredient list forms the basis of Swee’s brand identity, taking what is typically functional information and turning it into a visually rich infographic system.

Each ingredient is represented by a bespoke colour and pattern which combine to create unique chromatic graphics, representing the percentage value of each ingredient.

We’re sold.

3. The Avocado Collective rebrands

The Avocado Collective’s remarketing launch certainly stood out to us this month.

The group, founded in 2007 under the name Advance Packing & Marketing Services, finally rebranded under a name that makes their brand identity as attention-grabbing as a half-price avo.

Now owners of a name that can be easily understood by people everywhere, they’re set to expand their operations globally with an instantly recognisable identity to last decades to come.

From naming to brand guidelines, avocado was at the centre of it all – quite literally, in the case of some of the letters.

4. Logitech – Work Better at Home 3D character design

We’re a bit obsessed with 3D design and animation right now, and it shows.

Logitech has been at the forefront of our 3D character design favourites for some time now.

In 2020, it launched a selection of quirky animated loops, static images, and props to run alongside tips on how to do better work from home on the website, which are some of our favourites.

The brand offers a fun, fresh and off-beat way of incorporating visual language into its Home-Ergonomics website that we just had to revisit this month.

5. ‘The Witcher’ web experience

If you didn’t know, here at Agent we love a web experience, and we’re lucky enough to have a team of experts in the field.

This month we’ve been enjoying the latest web experience of Netflix’s The Witcher, where audiences can navigate through the story and discover secrets and old stories.

It has a great art direction, it’s interactive, mysterious and a great complement to the series.

Experience it for yourself here.
