Like any big decisions in life, it’s important to have all the information at hand to help make sure the job choice you make is the right one. I’ve put together some essential ‘must-knows’ about us. It goes without saying that I could go on all day here – I promise I won’t. We established Agent back in 2006 – it feels like yesterday and what a ride it’s been. It’s our sweet sixteenth this year and the future has never looked brighter for us.

We’re a full-service brand and communications agency. In a nutshell, this means that we deliver a fully integrated offering for our clients – from start to finish. Our clients are based all over the UK, across a whole range of different sectors and industries; clean growth, tech for good, public sector, connectivity. We’re in business for good and they are too. We help them share the great stuff they’re doing, whilst encouraging and supporting them to do even more.

Last count, there are 36 of us in our growing team; strategists, designers, animators, programmers, UX designers, digital marketers, canines – the lot. We reckon there’ll be about 40 of us by summer 2022. We’re a close-knit, passionate bunch that love working together and supporting each other; bringing our individual skills and talents together to create brilliant work that works is what we do best.

We’re a growing business and we’re doing it sensibly, responsibly, and sustainably. We want amazing people to join us who want to play an active role in what our growth journey looks and feels like (and have a whole load of fun along the way). We want our team to grow with us so that we all do well, together.

We’re proudly based in the North West and our teams work across our studios in Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle and Manchester’s Oxford Road.

We want to use our business for good and make real, positive change, which is why we launched our brilliant Agent Academy in 2014, to help train and connect the next generation of talent into the creative and digital sectors. We’ve helped hundreds of young people get their foot in the door and we’ve got big aspirations to do even more this year.

We’re looking for a brilliant, proactive, inventive Social Media Content Creator (Consultant). Does this sound like you?

You absolutely get the power and sheer impact that Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube and Facebook can have.

You’ll be that person who is never away from their phone; you’re always using the latest features before anyone else. Everyone comments on and shares your online content (which you love).

You’ve got a truly creative, inventive brain and a real ability to translate a dry brief into brilliant content for a wide range of clients and audiences.

You know how to generate the right attention online for the right reasons, and most importantly, keep it there.

You know how to think big; you start every challenge with ‘what if?’, you aren’t afraid of coming up with the craziest of ideas and you love presenting concepts to your teammates and clients.

You’re super keen to get out there and generate stand-out, interesting, and super-engaging online content:

Interviewing people on the street? Not a problem.

Setting up, taking, and editing group photos and videos? Piece of cake.

Choreographing content for TikTok? In your sleep.

You’re a natural self-starter; you just want to get going, you’re really driven to do well and are ambitious to make every bit of work better than the last.

You’re happy to work alone or as part of wider multidisciplinary teams; people absolutely love working with you.

You’ve got a real love for writing; whether it’s copy for socials and web, blogs, or anything else that involves words people will want to read. You know how to use voice and tone correctly and write for impact.

You’re a details person – you must get things right! Just OK is not OK for you. You can easily spot a rogue comma or a misplaced apostrophe and a misspelt their / they’re / there drives you mad.

  • Gorgeous writing skills and real style when it comes to the written word. People love to read your stuff.
  • A cool, calm and considered working style. You work well under pressure and to tight deadlines. You relish the energy of being busy.
