Agent Academy: the place for future talent.
We want everyone to have the opportunity to do well, and we put our money where our mouth is, using our platform to help make it happen.
Back in 2014, we knew that industry needed step up and help address the skills challenge being faced by young people and businesses alike. So, Agent Academy was born to help remove the barriers for young people wanting to get into the creative and digital sectors.
Our ambition is no different from when we started out: to be the place for future talent – that way, everyone – regardless of postcode, identity, race, gender or anything else for that matter – is given the support they need to start careers in our industry.
We’ve already helped hundreds of ambitious, diverse young people break into the industry and go on to pursue their dream careers. Alongside our partners, we know we can achieve even more – and our ambitions are bigger than ever.
